The Childcare Court of Dublin Metropolitan District will convene a Remote Court on the 25th of May 2020 at 2pm for a Callover of all the cases and matters that are listed for hearing from Tuesday 26th to Friday 29th of May 2020.
Legal representatives only may attend the Callo ver as per Practice Direction DC17 and Guidelines published on the 20th of May 2020.
Any Legal Representative with a case listed who wishes to attend the Remote Call Over must contact the Office at Chancery Street at childcareremotesittings@courts.ie by 3pm on Friday the 22nd of May 2020 to register their intention to attend and receive details on how to access the Virtual Meeting Room (VMR).
Any cases involving lay litigants will be called as usual on the day of their listing.
